Silver Award Final Report

Congratulations on all your hard work! The Silver Award is the highest honor that a Cadette Girl Scout can earn and this report is your way to tell us what you learned to complete your Silver Award project. All Final Reports are due by September 30th at the beginning of a girl's 9th grade year prior to the troop beginning their Senior program. A copy of this form will be e-mailed to the leader entered below upon completion. Please note that you will receive Silver Award pins and personalized congratulatory letters for each girl listed on the Final Report. These will be mailed to the address on the Final Report, please allow several weeks for fulfillment. Please contact your Volunteer Support Coordinator within a month of receiving the pins if any are defective or damaged for a free replacement. After that point, replacement pins will need to be purchased through our Retail staff. For purchasing additional pins, certificates and other Highest Awards swag, please reach out to your VSC.
