Welcome to the Troop Participation Form! Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA uses this form to update your troop meeting information for the upcoming Girl Scout year. When completing this form, please include your plans and troop information for the upcoming year beginning October 1, 2025. Also, please note, you will need to have your bank account information, including balance, while completing this form. We ask that you only submit one Troop Participation Form per Troop. Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA requires that each active troop have a bank account with two registered, fully background checked, unrelated adults who are within good financial standing with GSHPA and have completed Troop/SU Money Management Training. Please note that all Troop Bank Accounts are subject to random auditing at any time. If you would like to submit your Troop's Bank Statements, please send them to your Volunteer Support Coordinator directly.
